Here is a Brain Booster for you to try. This is a Word Bead. We provide you with a string of 3 letters that must be used to form words. The letters may be separated but must remain in the same order. Word Beads are a great way to exercise your brain! Word Beads address these cognitive skills – problem solving,  judgment, reasoning, executive function,  thought organization, thought flexibility. Word Beads are designed for all ages – teens, baby boomers, seniors.

Using BAI generate as many 5, 6, 7, 8  letter words as you can. Before you begin, grab a healthy brain snack – walnuts, almonds, blueberries, green tea. Now you are ready.  If you want this to be more challenging, allow only 5 minutes for the entire task! Share your lists so we may compare and share!
