I have spring fever in February, the trees are in bloom, the pollen count is ridiculous, and the weather is just gorgeous. My daughter and I enjoyed a brisk walk and are now cooling down having some iced green tea along with apple slices and cinnamon. We have worked our bodies and eaten healthy brain foods.
