Brain Boosters-Scrambled Words

Now that you’ve some worked on some anagrams, it’s time to try some scrambled words. Grab your brain fuel.  I’ve just enjoyed some brain fuel-dark chocolate covered almonds while sipping green tea. Delicious!

Scrambled words are another fun way to help build that cognitive reserve while decreasing your risk for dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease.  Scrambled words are excellent for people of all ages!  They’re great for kids to improve vocabulary and spelling; teens, 20, 30, 40 somethings, baby boomers, and seniors! Brain exercises help prevent memory loss, promote healthy aging, improve brain function and thinking skills, build a cognitive reserve, and should be a part of everyone’s life every day!
